A: Eleven Park, a transformative neighborhood development project that will include a hotel, office, apartments, retail and public spaces – all anchored by a 20,000 seat multi-purpose soccer stadium will be located on approximately 20 acres in the southwest quadrant of downtown Indianapolis previously owned by The Diamond Chain Company, bordered by West Street, Kentucky Avenue, and the White River.
A: As per the State legislation that was passed and signed into law in 2019, City of Indianapolis Capital Improvement Board (CIB) would own the stadium while Indy Eleven would lease the venue.
Mixed use developments including retail, restaurants, hotel, apartments, and office building outside the stadium will be developed and owned by Keystone.
A: Indy Eleven hired Populous, the global industry leader in soccer/multipurpose stadium design, to serve as the stadium project’s lead architecture and design firm.
While the process is already underway, Indy Eleven will meet with fans, community members, and other constituents regarding specific design elements that will be a part of their new home.
A: Eleven Park will be anchored by a multi-purpose stadium that will host Indy Eleven games – for both its longtime men’s professional club as well as our professional women’s side.
The stadium will also be designed to host field sports (soccer, lacrosse, football, rugby, and field hockey) events for partners such as the NCAA and IHSAA; international matches, concerts; and various community events.
