Eleven Park will be constructed on the plot of land previously occupied by The Diamond Chain Company, bordered by West Street, Kentucky Avenue, and the White River.  

Providing connectivity to the new Elanco Headquarters, White River State Park, Lucas Oil Stadium, Victory Field and the Convention Center. Eleven Park will support the White River Vision Plan and develop the expansion of the Cultural Trail.
